I brought my vehicle in for a turbo replacement under a factory recall, and during the process, the technician identified additional oil leaks from several lines as well as the oil pan. While it took a few visits to fully resolve all of the issues, I truly appreciate the diligence and thoroughness of the team in making sure everything was properly addressed.
Service Manager Kyle went above and beyond by overseeing the entire process and ensuring consistent communication throughout. This car is especially important to me, as it is my 16-year-old daughter’s first vehicle, and she absolutely loves it. Knowing that Kyle and his team took the extra care to make sure the car is safe and reliable gives me great peace of mind. I sincerely appreciate their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to getting the job done right.
