I went to purchase a new truck from Mark Sweeney. This truck had a little bit more options than I really wanted but was willing to work with them on it. Unfortunately while on my way down there that truck sold. I still stopped in to get an appraisal on my current vehicle and Caleb on the Sales team actually found a truck that had every option I was looking for to a "T". In the end this worked out alot better! Staff was very friendly and I had an overall good experience with these folks.

We were quoted $160 to replace the key fob for our GMC Acadia but, after the work was complete we learned it was $160 of labor, $200 for the actual key fob and $60 for a new key (which we did not ask for or need). $320+ for a new key and fob seems ridiculous and we would have gotten by with our old fob that was functional but cracked.

Brought in my 2021 gmc sierra for an oil change and showed the tech that my camera system sometimes doesn’t work and it has a triangle with question mark on the screen, now I pay 67.80 every month for GM extended warranty, the technician kept my truck for three hours trying to run downloads to the ecm they checked to see what was covered on my warranty but I was never informed if it was covered or not was informed it was not fixed cost was 210 dollars with not much explanation for the extra cost and if it should have been covered under my warranty, so kinda unhappy with my experience was informed by technician that I should make arrangements to reserve a loaner next time my vehicle is in for downloads to my vehicle that was good advice but not happy about the up charge and was not told if my GM warranty is covering the cost I feel computer downloads should be covered and I shouldn’t have been charged more with no explanation.

I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the ones on the lot. You may not like my next statement but I personally find it thrilling. He never tried to tell me what I should want nor did he try to push another kind of vehicle on me. I DO NOT like pushy salesmen. He listened and accepted what I told him I wanted. He got the sale. I told him what price I was comfortable with and he worked with the boss to get me as close to it as possible . I'm very happy with both Rodney and my SUV. He even delivered it to my driveway. He is definitely an asset to your dealership.

Our Yukon was checked in for a rough idle and a warning light that said a back door was open so we were unable to use the locks or the power windows. Initially neither of these conditions were diagnosed and then the dealership was able to duplicate the door warning light condition. It was diagnosed as a bad wiring harness in the door. The part had to be ordered so we had to pick the car back up and then return for that to be fixed. The rough idle was not diagnosed and is still present

It was disappointing to have a problem with my brand new truck, but Summer and Kyle in the Maintenance department did everything they could to make the situation better. A noise was being produced from under the dash and it took a great deal of time to diagnose. Now it does not guarantee that they did; however, Sweeney has been pretty good to me over the years. And even when an incident occurred, they took care of it. I've been with them for 15+ years, so I would hope that they would not take advantage of me.

My 2023 Yukon would not start. I tried jumping the battery with my jumper box to no avail. I called my Sales Rep ( Brian Sweeney ) who drove from the dealership to my house about 25 miles to help out. We were still not able to get out to start. Ultimately, I had to have it towed into the dealership. The very next day they called to say that the battery was completely dead and a new battery replacement would be covered under my bumper to bumper coverage still in effect.

CJ was great at understanding my problem with my car. He knew I felt unsafe, and offered me a loaner car until the problem was resolved. He felt the technicians diagnosed the issue; however, after picking up my car, it did not drive correctly. That is when Kyle, the service manager took over. As always, he made certain that everything was corrected and realized that there was more work to be done. Bottom line- they fixed it and happy to have my car back.

Due to parts required for the job being on back order, it took 2 months to get the job completed...Not good. However, what are you going to do if you can not get the required parts? You stay on top of it and keep the customer in the loop, up to date with what is being done to resolve the issue as soon as possible. When the parts arrive, you let the customer know and get the job completed in record time. This is what they did! I am very satisfied with their efforts!
